Price Match Guarantee

At Furniture World, we strive to offer you the best possible prices. However, if you find the same item at a lower price elsewhere, we’ll be happy to review it and match the quoted price—provided the following conditions are met:

• The product must be available for immediate purchase and have the same lead time. (We cannot price match in-stock items against competitor products on backorder.)
• The competitor’s item must be identical in brand, color, and size, and must be brand new. (Ex-display items are not eligible.)
• We do not match in-store-only deals or prices exclusive to memberships, loyalty programs, or reward schemes.
• The competitor’s price must include delivery and any applicable assembly fees. The competitor must be a UK-based, registered business selling directly to customers (not through auction sites or marketplaces).
• The competitor must be an authorized distributor of the product’s manufacturer in the UK.
• Promotional discounts, vouchers, or first-time buyer offers cannot be applied in addition to a price match.
• Clearance and closing-down sales are excluded.
• All price matches are subject to verification to ensure the competitor is a legitimate retailer.
• The payment method must match our payment options.
