From start to finish our aim is to provide each customer with the best customer experience we can. Unfortunately, sometimes we get it wrong and don’t provide the level of service you expect or you have a genuine complaint. Please provide as much detail regarding your concern or complaint as you can including a contact telephone number so we can speak to you. We take all complaints very seriously and a dedicated member of our management team will contact you as soon as practically possible.

The Financial Ombudsman Service is a free and easy-to-use service that settles complaints between consumers and businesses that provide financial services. The Financial Ombudsman Service provide a simple check list, here, to see if your complaint can be handled by them.

In the event, you are still dissatisfied and your agreement is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This is free of charge and should be done as soon as possible, but must be within six months from the date of our final response.
