The springs in the non turn mattress are completely encapsulated in highly responsive foam. This mattress is also upholstered in the technically advanced Tencel fabric, which is soft, breathable and naturally anti-bacterial. The excellent moisture management qualities of Tencel ensure a fresh and comfortable sleeping environment.
